Sad news Graeme.
Like I said on the chat last night, you obviously gave it a good home, and good life, for it to live that long. It's always sad when the time comes to say goodbye to a pet that has been connected with your home and family life for so long.

All the Best

Kenny

Sorry to hear that G. I completely sympathise, my cat had to be put down last week, and i can't begin to say how gutted i was. It's amazing how attached we can get to animals.

Very sorry to hear about your cat, i had to have mine put to sleep earlier this year and know how upsetting it is, but you can draw some consolation from the fact your pet lived a full and happy life and you did everything you could for them.

Hi Graeme,
I'm sorry to hear of your families loss. I grew up with our family cat, she died when I was 19 (she was bought one year before I was born), was one of the worst moments of my life at the time.

Hi Graeme,
Sorry to hear of your cat's passing.
If you are thinking of another in the future, can I suggest that you give a home to a rescue? Before moving to Milton Keynes I did a lot of work with The Cats Protection League and had a few cats from them too smile.gif

Mary

All of our cats were rescued or given.

our 1st cat wisky was a stray
timmy was a stray
Penny was given from a kitten.
fluffy was taken from a neglected home.
smokey was a stray.
bobby was a kitten taken from someone who's cats had kittens and they wanted rid of them
Lucky was from a kitten
Felix was a resuced stray

There are all the cats we've had over the years all are dead now apart from Lucky

Graeme love, I am so glad that you give a good home to strays too, my Schumi and Abbi are RSPCA cats. When I started with T's again this time round I started with rescues.
