In Italy is obligatory and you can not breed without cites.

Now, they sent the cites to me with e-mail and they met an Italian guy at the show and gave him my cites, so this guy can sent me the original cites.

Fh means molt or instar . 1fh means the slings are 1st instar / have shed once
