Hi Tony, I got it from a bloke at Newark show, it is only around an inch l/s, eats like a pig, cost my a fiver. The adults were 20 each and around the 2inch mark.
Dunno where it came from originally.

I've never seen a fishing spider this color before. Is it that big? What species is it? It looks like a six spotted fishing spider to me. Do they come in different colors?

If it is Ancylometes then those markings will disappear after a couple more molts.
They grow really fast and females get quite huge

Thanks Matt, I think thats the one, the adults they had for sale had the spots too though. It moulted this week and is around the one inch mark now.
