Well, after about 2 years of planning on it, I finaly got around to building my own viv's. I must admit - it was fun, but very time consuming.

Well done clap.gif I really should get on with doing some. All of my Cerato's are in glass jars. It would look alot better if they were all in nice, purpose built tanks. When they are big enough

Thanks for the kind words. And for all those inviting me to come over and sort out their T's for them...

Pust some monny behind your words!! Buy me the ticket and I am there. Throght in a few largers and I might even thank you in the end wink.gif

Ian - just out of curiosity, how much did it end up costing you for each viv?

Here, with a lot of trial and error, I ended up making 40 (20 of each size) and it came to about 10 quid for each.

Yinnon
I did the maths and they would have cost me About 12 each to make. After a chat at the Kempton show with the chap from custom aquaria his quote of the same 12 each was too difficult to resist. Why do the work my self when I got them made for the same price.

Good point. When I went to an aqueriem store here the requested 20 pounds each (rather, the equvalent of), so decided to do it myself.
It could of come off cheaper had I come up with the final sulution on the begining.
