Hi all,
Can someone steer me in the right direction please. I'm considering importing 5 slings and one adult from a breeder in poland. Are there any legal restriction or problems in doing this? I'm from the UK. Cheers Scott |

Should be non at all, but Poland has banned/licensed a large number of species. -------------------- Only ever been banned from two Forums so far (But Tescos is still in the lead)

Hi and thanks, After a breif conversation with DEFRA it appears there are no restrictions on importing inverts from the EU unless they are on CITES and then you need the appropriate paperwork. Cheers |

only CITES species are problem in poland the rest is OK
